The Constitution, Bylaws and Policies of the British Columbia Powerlifting Association (BCPA) outline the principles, structure, and rules that govern the operation of powerlifting in British Columbia. These documents define the Association’s purpose, governance, and membership, and provide a clear framework to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency across all BCPA activities.
Amendments to BCPA bylaws occurs at the BCPA Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Constitution
- To promote, control and develop powerlifting throughout the province of British Columbia.
- To honour individuals in the form of special awards for exceptional achievement.
- To educate the general public as to the importance of better health and fitness through weight training.
- To do everything incidental and necessary to promote and attain the foregoing objects throughout the province of British Columbia.
