Annual General Meeting

The BCPA AGM is open to all BCPA Members and held within the first 3 months of the calendar year at a place within the province and on a day to be fixed by the Board of Directors. We encourage all to attend. By attending, you can make a difference and have input as to the direction of the BCPA.

If you wish to make any proposals (i.e. changes to the BCPA constitution, matters to be brought forward to the CPU) they must be submitted to the BCPA Executive to be included on the Agenda for consideration at the BCPA AGM. Proposals can be submitted throughout the year, up until a deadline specified by the BCPA Executive each year.

The BCPA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be held via videoconference and is open to all BCPA members in good standing. Registration is required to attend. Please register here. You must provide your CPU membership number when you register. If your CPU membership is not valid on March 2, 2024, you will not receive the Zoom link to attend. Please ensure your CPU membership is up to date.

The purpose of the AGM is to give you, the members, a report on the BCPA’s activities and finances for 2023, and allows for discussion and questions.

Attached is the link for the 2024 AGM agenda and the minutes from the 2023 AGM. Also attached are some of the Directors reports and the proposed changes to our current bylaws. The Treasurer’s and President’s reports will be read at the meeting.
